Recently, the list of winning projects of the 2024 Shandong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award was announced. The project “Innovative Design and Manufacturing of an Integrated Energy-Saving System for Alcohol-Extracted Concentrated Protein Drying and Evaporation” scored a first prize. Four other projects “Improved Application of Plasma Arc Welding & Argon Arc Welding Combined Welding Process in Oil Equipment” and “Discrete Element Simulation Optimization of the Distribution Effect of the Distributor of the Flap Cooler Based on EDEM” got third prizes.

Among them, the “Integrated Drying and Evaporation” technology adopts a process system of three-stage drying and four-effect evaporation, which greatly optimizes production indicators.
