Q: How do you control quality and delivery?
We adhere to strict quality practices: all raw materials undergo chemical and physical testing before use; all machinery undergoes dry run tests before dispatch; and we provide photos once the equipment is ready for dispatch. Alternatively, clients can opt for third-party inspection for further reassurance.
Q: What is the warranty for the machines?
We provide a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Beyond the warranty period, we also offer technical support for later equipment renovation or updates as needed.
Q: What should we do if we encounter problems with the machine?
You can share images or videos of the issues, and our customer care team will reach out to you and advise suitable troubleshooting options. If the problem is beyond your control, our engineers will be sent to your factory.
Q: Can equipment and production lines be customized according to customer needs?
Certainly. We engage in research, design, manufacturing, and engineering construction services for vegetable oil seed ( soybean, sunlfower seed, rape seed, corn germ, rice bran, peanut, etc) pretreatment, extraction, refining, and soybean protein projects, and can provide customized solutions tailored to customer needs.

Based on the actual conditions in your local area, if you are able to find a professional equipment installation company, we can also dispatch engineers to provide guidance for the installation of the equipment.
Q: Do you provide guidance on preventive maintenance and processes?
After installation, we will provide a complete set of operational and process manuals, which include start-stop guidelines, preventive maintenance schedules, and other details. Additionally, our engineers will train your staff on these aspects during equipment installation and commissioning.
