Vertical dryer is a new type of conduction drying equipment developed by CHEMSTA for drying low moisture content materials, which has the advantages of continuous operation, airtight operation, high evaporation intensity, reasonable distribution of humidity gradient, low power consumption, and small floor space, etc. Meanwhile, its configuration is simple and does not need cyclone dust collector which is necessary for airflow drying. At the same time, its configuration is simple, do not need the cyclone dust collector which must be configured for airflow drying, and do not use hot air as the heating medium, therefore, it will not cause product loss due to the bad separation of hot air and dust entrained with the tail gas.
