The oil stripping tower makes use of direct steam to vaporize the solvent in miscella. The miscella shunting through multi-layer of discs in the foam device, heating and vaporizing the solvent in micelle with higher concentration, and the solvent is separated from the concentrated miscella. it is suitable for solvent evaporation and stripping of miscella.

1. Operating principle: the interior of oil stripping tower shell is equip with foam remover, discs, and jet device, the steam outlet at the top of the shell, install preheating system at the top of the shell side, oil outlet and direct steam inlet tube fitting underneath the shell, each disc is equipped with a corresponding cleaning hole.
2. The preheating system consists of barrel, oil inlet, direct steam inlet and drying hole. The direct steam directly heating the miscella after the miscella enters into barrel from the oil inlet, and rapidly increase the miscella temperature. The miscella after preheated by preheating system flows into oil stripping tower again, flows through discs in turn, the steam of the steam inlet underneath the tower upstream, and stripping the miscella.
