The 70,000 Tons/Year Feed Grade Soybean Protein Concentrate Production Line Put Into Production Successfully
Recently, the 70,000 tons/year feed grade soybean protein concentrate production line of Tianjin Beihe Technology Co., Ltd., which Chemsta constructed, was successfully started up and put into production. This project, which took three years from site selection and planning to design and construction, and finally to installation, commissioning, and production, is a remarkable achievement. During this period, both sides overcame multiple difficulties such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This production line is currently the largest single-line feed-grade ethanol-extracted protein concentrate production line in the world. It applies multiple patented technologies, including super-large ethanol extractors, energy-saving multi-effect evaporation and concentration systems, energy-saving drying systems, and intelligent control systems. Truly, it realizes an energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and intelligent production mode.
