CHEMSTA Signs Contract for 3,000 T/D Soybean Deep Processing Project
This collaboration dates back to 2016, when CHEMSTA first delivered a 1,500 TPD soybean processing line and a 40,000 Ton/Y feed-grade soy protein concentrate (SPC) project (including soybean molasses and hulls). CHEMSTA provided a customized full-industry-chain solution, where the soybeans underwent cleaning, grading, dehulling, conditioning, flaking, expanding, and cooling before solvent extraction. The process allows flexible production of soybean meal with 43%, 46%, or 48% protein content, enabling the client to adapt to market demands. Part of the soybean meal is further processed into feed-grade SPC, while the rest is sold directly.
Subsequent expansions include:
2017: 600 T/D soybean oil refinery project
2020: 80,000 T/Y feed-grade SPC project due to strong market demand
2022: Capacity expansion from 1,500 T/D to 2,000 T/D
2025: Further scale-up to 3,000 T/D
