Experts from Henan University of Technology Visit CHEMSTA to Jointly Explore Innovation in Plant Protein Processing Technology
On March 25, Professor Guo Xingfeng from the College of Food Science and Technology and Professor Guan Junjun from the School of Bioengineering at Henan University of Technology, led a delegation to visit CHEMSTA for a symposium and exchange. Mr. Zhang Ming, Chairman of CHEMSTA, attended the meeting.
During the discussion, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on core topics including industrial development and technological innovation. CHEMSTA introduced its business layout and the 15th Five-Year Plan, sharing its technological expertise and practical exploration in intensive processing of peanut protein and green & efficient utilization of plant protein. Professor Guo Xingfeng systematically elaborated the concept of green processing and its application prospects, focusing on the optimization of alcohol-based peanut protein technology, providing strong support for the company’s technological upgrading. Professor Guan Junjun delivered an in-depth analysis of the current status and development trends of fermented soybean meal industry. The two sides reached broad consensus on key topics such as alcohol-based peanut protein, fermented soybean meal and green processing of plant protein.
In his concluding speech, Zhang Ming fully affirmed the achievements of the university-enterprise exchange and put forward clear requirements for further deepening cooperation:
