Shandong Zhongyang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. 50,000-ton of Soybean Protein Concentrate Production Line Project
Recently, Shandong Kaida Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Shandong Zhongyang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. have completed all preparatory work for the construction of their 50,000-ton soybean concentrate protein production line project and have officially commenced implementation.
Shandong Zhongyang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is located in the Lanshan District, Linyi City, Shandong Province, and is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the deep processing of soybeans. This project is a “high-tech, specialized” initiative that uses soybeans as raw materials to produce soybean concentrate protein, soybean isoflavones, and other products. It is a key construction project in Shandong Province. The first phase of the project has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of soybean concentrate protein products, making it the largest single-line soybean concentrate protein production line in China to date.
To ensure the project meets its expected objectives upon completion, Zhongyang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has imposed stringent requirements on the project construction, including advanced and mature process equipment, high automation levels, energy efficiency and environmental protection, and key economic and technical indicators that lead the domestic industry; possession of core technologies and independent intellectual property rights; experience in similar engineering projects; and a good corporate reputation and brand. After thorough evaluation and verification, the project expert group from Zhongyang Technology Co., Ltd. unanimously approved the solutions and safeguards provided by Shandong Kaida Co., Ltd.
