Chemsta Gets Two New Invention Patents
Recently, two achievements independently developed by Chemsta, “A Device and Process For Getting Soybean Protein Isolated From Soybean Protein Concentrate by Ethanol” (Patent No. ZL202011045155) and “A Device And Process For Extracting Active Ingredients of Soybean by Mixed Solvent” (Patent No. ZL202010238065), were granted invention patents after substantive examination by the State Intellectual Property Office. These two invention patents are mainly applied in the field of technical equipment for soybean protein concentrate by ethanol method and the field of soybean processing equipment, which are new technical innovation achievements made by Chemsta in the process of research and development of technical equipment for protein concentrate preparation by alcohol method and soybean processing equipment.
“A Device and Process For Getting Soybean Protein Isolated From Soybean Protein Concentrate by Ethanol” mainly invents a new process and set of equipment for the production of soybean protein isolate from soybean protein concentrate, which is used for the production of high-end protein isolate and can effectively remove the fishy taste of soybean from the product.
Based on the guideline of “produce one generation, reserve one generation, and research and development one generation”, from January 2020 to August 2021, Chemsta applied for 27 patents, including 8 invention patents. 18 patents were applied for in 2022, including 2 invention patents.
The achievement of these research results is a manifestation of Chemsta’s emphasis on technological innovation and taking innovation as an important work of enterprise development over the years, and also a manifestation of Chemsta’s technical strength as a national high-tech enterprise and state-owned enterprise. At the same time, the continuous industrialization and application of innovative achievements have also contributed to the rapid upgrading and progress of deep processing technology and equipment for vegetable oilseeds (soybean, rapeseed, peanut, cottonseed, sunflower seed, corn germ, etc.), which has established Chemsta’s dominant position in the deep processing equipment industry for vegetable oilseeds, and several equipment technologies have been evaluated by scientific and technological achievements as filling the gaps in China and reaching the world advanced level.
